1. Information we collect
If you wish to buy and receive a product or service from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services. We may use cookies to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart while you use our webshop.
We may collect information such as name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if it differs from the postal address), telephone number and payment details.
Evofleet ApS collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:

3. Legal basis for processing and purpose
We collect your general contact details such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service you have purchased from us. We collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation as well as a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, your card details and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is only used and stored for payment processing and fulfilment of the concluded agreement. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed on to ePay, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
If, during the registration process or on our website, you have given us your consent to do so, we use your email address to send you a newsletter. You can subscribe and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to buy products from us on our website.
Your information (except your email address, if you have given consent to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 1 year after you have received your product or service.
4. Other recipients of personal data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
If you choose to review our website, your name and email address will be transferred to the review sites Trustpilot and Google Review.
We use external data processors for hosting our website and for handling and our payment system through ePay, which acts as our data processor. Personal data collected via the website is stored securely with our data processors in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the data processing agreements concluded.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.
5. Your rights
As the data subject, you have a number of rights that we must ensure are fulfilled at all times. You have the right to request the following from us:
- To access and have your personal data corrected/amended
- To have personal data deleted
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

This privacy policy is governed by Danish law. The policy is available in several languages as a service to you. In the event of any discrepancy or dispute between the language versions, the Danish version shall prevail.
